In an interview with Reuters, Zelensky emphasized that pressures from Washington have increased, influenced by the attention given by the American administration to the conflict in the Middle East.

He mentioned that this situation affects President Donald Trump's strategy regarding Ukraine, which could exert additional pressure on Kyiv.

Zelensky highlighted the importance of international guarantees to prevent new Russian aggression and warned that withdrawal from Donbas would weaken the security of Ukraine and Europe, allowing Russia to take advantage of a potential decrease in American interest in the conflict.
