The Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that a meeting with Vladimir Putin is necessary to end the conflict, but firmly rejected the idea that it should take place in Moscow. Zelensky emphasized that such a proposal would compromise the chances of a real dialogue, expressing his distrust in the seriousness of the Russian president. At the same time, Vladimir Putin challenged Zelensky to come to Moscow, warning that Russia would continue its military offensive in the event of a failure of the negotiations. Zelensky discussed the details of security guarantees for Ukraine in Paris, during meetings with the leaders of the Coalition of Will.
