Volodymyr Zelensky announced significant progress of the Ukrainian forces in the border sectors of northern Sumy region, where Russian troops are trying to strengthen their positions. The Supreme Commander of Ukraine reported significant losses for Russia in the Donetsk and Kharkiv regions. Despite the slow advance of Russia in eastern Ukraine, Zelensky emphasized that Ukrainian units continue to operate effectively, repelling Russian attacks.
