Volodymyr Zelensky and Donald Tusk discuss in Poland about cooperation in the field of defense and bilateral relations

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, and the Prime Minister of Poland, Donald Tusk, started official discussions on Wednesday in Lublin, Poland, during a meeting taking place at the headquarters of the Lublin Voivodeship.

The spokesperson for the Ukrainian president, Serhii Nykyforov, stated that the agenda of the meeting includes topics such as bilateral relations, the response to aggression against Ukraine, defense cooperation, and coordination with European partners, following Zelensky's recent visit to the United States.

Prime Minister Tusk's office emphasized that Zelensky's meeting with American President Donald Trump will also be analyzed.

This visit is significant, being the first meeting on Polish territory after the deterioration of relations between the two countries, the last visit of Zelensky having taken place in December 2025.
