Washington has communicated to Moscow the parameters of its peace plan for Ukraine, revised following American-Ukrainian consultations held in Geneva. The spokesperson for the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, confirmed that the main details have been transmitted and that a discussion will take place next week in Moscow. On November 23, the United States and Ukraine held productive meetings, with Secretary of State Marco Rubio describing them as the most fruitful since the beginning of the conflict. According to information from the Ukrainian press, Washington and Kyiv have reached a consensus on the majority of points in the 28-point plan. Rubio mentioned that the U.S. has agreed to discuss separately the aspects related to Ukraine's European integration and NATO membership. Russian President Vladimir Putin suggested that the American plan could serve as the basis for resolving the conflict.
