On Monday, protests in Nepal intensified, culminating in 19 deaths and over 100 injuries, including police officers. Young people, dissatisfied with corruption and the blocking of social networks, attacked the Parliament in Kathmandu. The government imposed restrictions on social media platforms, which sparked anger among the youth, who organized massive demonstrations. Prime Minister K.P. Sharma Oli convened an emergency meeting to address the situation. The protests, dubbed "Generation Z demonstrations," reflect the frustration of young people towards the government.
