Morocco was the scene of violent protests, resulting in two victims in the city of Lqliâa. Local authorities stated that the two people were killed by police forces, who opened fire on the protesters. The protests began as a call for reforms in justice, and security forces used firearms after tear gas failed to disperse the crowd.
