In the last 15 days of protests in Iran, at least 420 people, including eight children, have been killed, according to data provided by Skylar Thompson, deputy director of Human Rights Activists in Iran (HRA). This figure represents a significant increase compared to the 192 victims reported earlier. Although CNN cannot independently verify this information, the situation in Iran remains extremely serious, with dozens of deaths and arrests. In this context, U.S. President Donald Trump is considering various options, including possible military interventions, in response to the violence against protesters. Although he has not made a final decision, Trump is being briefed on intervention plans, including non-military options, as the number of victims continues to rise.
