US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has suspended arms shipments to Ukraine without informing the White House, causing confusion among Trump administration officials. President Donald Trump said he was not involved in the decision, assuring that the US would continue to provide military aid to Ukraine. This is the second time military aid has been halted after a similar suspension in February. CNN highlights the arbitrary way decisions are made within the administration.
