The Senate approved by 79 "yes" votes to 18 "no" votes four bills passed Saturday by the House of Representatives, after House Republican leaders abruptly reversed course last week and allowed a vote on the $95 billion, mostly military aid to Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan and US partners in the Indo-Pacific.
