US President Donald Trump is proposing a new plan to support Ukraine in its war with Russia, under which NATO allies will donate weapons from their stockpiles and buy American equipment to replace them. A new mechanism is being developed to prioritize arms deliveries, with the aim of providing Ukraine with weapons worth about $10 billion. This system will allow NATO countries to bypass lengthy arms sales procedures by paying in advance for quick deliveries.
