Ukrainian drones attacked oil depots and power plants in Russia, including near Simferopol, in Crimea, as well as a chemical plant in the Russian city of Veliki Novgorod and other energy targets, actions aimed at reducing the military capacity of the Kremlin.

Recently, Ukrainian drones attacked several infrastructure targets in Russia, including a fuel depot near the city of Uriupinsk and a power plant in Smolensk. Russian authorities reported 41 drones over Crimea, in the context of explosions at a fuel depot near Simferopol. Additionally, the Akron chemical plant in Veliki Novgorod was hit, generating visible smoke. Ukraine is intensifying its attacks on Russian military infrastructure to diminish Moscow's combat capability, considering energy targets as military objectives. Recently, the Syzran oil refinery suspended operations after a drone attack, and the Slavneft-Yanos refinery in Yaroslavl was also affected, being one of the largest in Russia, involved in supplying the Russian armed forces. The Ukrainian General Staff confirmed these attacks, emphasizing the goal of reducing Russia's military and economic potential.
