At the meeting of the Ukrainian Defense Contact Group, Rustem Umerov stressed the importance of working with European partners to produce drones, missiles and munitions. He noted that Ukraine will support arms companies to develop new systems abroad and joint production will change the defense strategy. Defense ministers from 50 countries discussed stepping up military aid, including UK commitments to deliver 100,000 drones by 2026.
