The Chief of the General Staff of Ukraine, Andrii Hnatov, stated that the country will intentionally limit the quality of mobile communications, especially 4G and 5G, to prevent Russian drones from using the internet to coordinate attacks. This measure comes in response to the intensification of drone attacks from Russia, which has improved technology and increased the number of drones used. Limiting access to high-speed internet aims to prevent the transmission of images by Russian drones.
