The negotiating teams of Ukraine and the EU have finalized the text of the security agreement and will sign it in the near future. Kiev has already concluded such agreements with 17 countries, including EU and G7 members, and is preparing to sign ten more. The agreements come as Ukraine faces difficulties on the ground due to a shortage of ammunition and manpower as it tries to stop Russian assaults.
