The Ukrainian parliament has voted to subordinate the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office to the prosecutor general, which could jeopardize the fight against corruption in the context of EU accession. The vote came after the arrest of two NABU officials, and international organizations have criticized the move as pressure on anti-corruption agencies. The head of NABU urged President Zelenski not to sign the bill, calling it a threat to anti-corruption infrastructure.
