The statement comes after 182 Ukrainian citizens, including 175 military personnel and 7 civilians, recently returned home from Russian captivity. Budanov specified that preparations for the next stage are underway, but that the process involves administrative formalities that must be completed before the agreement can be finalized. 'I hope there will be another phase sometime towards the end of the week,' Budanov stated, emphasizing that discussions with the Russian side remain active.
