On the night from Saturday to Sunday, Ukrainian forces carried out attacks on a fuel depot in the city of Mikhailovsk, Stavropol region, Russia. Additionally, residents of Luhansk, an occupied territory, reported explosions, and in the city of Yalta, Crimea, an electrical substation was destroyed by Ukrainian drones, causing power outages. Explosions were also heard in the city of Kerch, and the Kerch bridge to Russia was closed.

Ukrainian attacks target military infrastructure within Russia and in the occupied territories, aiming to reduce Moscow's capacity to continue the war.

President Volodymyr Zelensky and the General Staff confirmed that on July 18, Ukrainian forces struck two Russian logistics centers and several ships in the Sea of Azov and the Black Sea.
