On September 21, the special unit 'Primari' of Ukraine's military intelligence service carried out an attack on two Russian Be-12 Chayka seaplanes in Crimea, marking the first time these aircraft have been targeted. On the same day, three Mi-8 helicopters and a Russian radar station were also destroyed. Crimea, occupied by Russia since 2014, has become a frequent target for Ukrainian attacks, and Ukrainian drones recently struck the luxury resort of Foros, causing damage.
