Uber Trains, a new high-speed train service, will offer travelers from London to European capitals such as Brussels and Paris, thus competing with Eurostar. The project, developed in partnership with Gemini Trains, will have its starting point at Stratford International station and could become operational in 2029. Tickets will be available through the Uber app. This initiative could reduce Eurostar's monopoly, which has been criticized for high prices and inadequate services.
