Two RAF pilots were slightly injured in an aviation accident after a plane crashed in Wales

Two Royal Air Force pilots were slightly injured in an accident involving a training aircraft in the Pencarnisiog area of Anglesey, near RAF Valley. Emergency response teams arrived at the scene, and the two service members are receiving medical care.

North Wales Police said it is responding together with representatives of the Royal Air Force, firefighters and North Wales rescue services, the Welsh Ambulance Service and the Helimed air ambulance crew.

According to the authorities, there is currently no information about any other injured people or additional damage. The circumstances of the accident have not yet been established, and the response operations and checks are continuing.

Police have advised local residents to avoid the area until further notice. The incident occurred near RAF Valley, a base used to train and prepare British military pilots.
