Donald Trump stated on Fox News that, in the event that Iran does not come to the negotiating table, the United States will strike power plants and bridges in the country.

The American president emphasized that the attacks will continue until he decides that it is enough. On the same day, the U.S. launched new attacks against Iran and resumed blocking Iranian ports, waiving fees for ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz.

This escalation of tensions, including large-scale bombings, undermines diplomatic efforts to turn the protocol signed on June 17 into a lasting agreement. Recent actions by the Trump administration suggest an intensification of the conflict, affecting regional stability.
