US President Donald Trump has announced that he may introduce additional tariffs on China in light of its purchases of Russian oil, similar to recent measures imposed on India. While not giving specific details, Trump said similar action could be taken against other countries that continue to buy oil from Russia. The US treasury secretary also warned that Beijing could be targeted with additional tariffs if it does not change its procurement policy.
