US President Donald Trump has announced that he has ordered two nuclear submarines to be deployed in regions close to Russia, following provocative comments by former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev. Medvedev recalled Russia's nuclear capabilities and warned that Trump's reactions show that Moscow is following the right policy. Trump derided Medvedev's statements, emphasizing the danger of nuclear threats. Russia's 'Dead Man's Hand' system, mentioned by Medvedev, allows the automatic launch of nuclear missiles in the event of a devastating attack.
