The administration initially plans 80,000 available cards, generating 100 billion dollars for the Treasury. The cost is one million dollars for individuals and two million for companies. Additionally, Trump mentioned a possible "Platinum Card" with a cost of 5 million dollars, but this requires Congressional approval. These measures come in the context of restrictions on other forms of immigration.
