Donald Trump signed an executive order establishing a national Task Force, led by Vice President J. D. Vance, aimed at investigating allegations of fraud related to funds allocated for social programs in certain states, especially those run by Democrats.

Trump mentioned a scandal in Minnesota, where 47 individuals were accused of diverting 250 million dollars from a child nutrition program. The decree requires the federal government to develop an anti-fraud action plan within 90 days.

Vance criticized Minnesota Governor Tim Walz for the lack of action against fraud, and the White House emphasized that states like California, Illinois, and New York have an insufficient fight against it.
