Zelensky mentioned that the plan is nearly finalized, with 90% of the details established, and that each discussion brings us closer to a desired outcome. In contrast, Putin accused Ukraine of lacking the desire for peace and threatened that Russia would use force to achieve its objectives, following a massive attack on Ukraine.
