Transnistria, Abkhazia and South Ossetia have issued a joint appeal to the international community to request their recognition as independent states. The declaration was adopted following a videoconference between representatives of these regions, emphasizing their right to sovereignty.

The signatories of the document praise Russia's stabilizing role, considering it a guarantor of peace and security in Eastern Europe and the South Caucasus. They seek international support for the official recognition of Abkhazia, Transnistria, and South Ossetia.

In the context of regional instability, these territories, considered part of Georgia and the Republic of Moldova by most states, reaffirm their intention to collaborate politically and economically. Although Russia has recognized the independence of Abkhazia and South Ossetia, Transnistria does not enjoy official recognition but hosts Russian troops.
