A 20-day-old baby has died from intense cold in the Gaza Strip, the fifth such death in the region.

<p>Health authorities in the Gaza Strip have announced that a baby, just 20 days old, has died from intense cold as the Palestinian territory suffers from a lack of electricity, hot water, gas and heating. The baby's father said he and his wife live in an old dilapidated tent.
