On Monday, the United States issued a warning for American citizens in nearly all countries in the Middle East, urging them to "leave immediately" from the region using commercial flights, due to the risks associated with the conflict with Iran. The warning applies to 14 countries, including Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Syria, according to a statement from the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Consular Affairs, Mora Namdar. Additionally, the State Department has ordered non-essential personnel at its embassies, as well as their families, to leave these countries, especially those in the Gulf, where Iran has carried out attacks in retaliation for American-Israeli actions. In the context of this situation, over 1,500 flights from the Middle East have been canceled, reflecting the impact of regional tensions on air travel.
