The United Kingdom and the USA will establish a joint body to reduce bureaucracy and improve cooperation in the field of capital markets and crypto assets.

The new body, called the Transatlantic Taskforce for Markets of the Future, will aim to facilitate companies' access to capital markets in the UK and the US. It will present recommendations within 180 days to strengthen short-term collaboration and long-term options, including for digital markets. The decision was made in the context of the UK's efforts to maintain its post-Brexit financial competitiveness, while aligning more closely with US regulations for cryptocurrencies.
