The planned summit in Budapest between American President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin has been canceled, as Russia remained inflexible in its demands to end the war in Ukraine. The decision was made after a tense conversation between the foreign ministers of the two countries, Marco Rubio and Sergei Lavrov, writes the Financial Times on Friday.
