The Italian government has conditionally approved the sale of Iveco to the Indian group Tata Motors

Tata Motors has agreed to acquire Iveco in a deal valued at 3.8 billion euros. Additionally, Iveco has signed a separate agreement for the sale of its defense division to the Italian group Leonardo, state-backed.
