The humanitarian crisis in Gaza is worsening, with over 7,000 children under 5 years old enrolled in acute malnutrition recovery programs managed by UNICEF. It is estimated that in August the total number of patients will exceed 15,000, more than seven times higher than in February. Famine has been declared in the city of Gaza, and residents are facing unbearable living conditions, with limited access to food and water. The situation is exacerbated by the Israeli military offensive, which displaces hundreds of thousands of Palestinians already affected by malnutrition and famine.
