Jurgen Faff, the owner of FlyLili, stated that he was not aware of Horațiu Potra's involvement in the activities of his company, only transporting passengers in Congo. Faff was detained for 24 hours in connection with a tax evasion case, being accused that his company had transported weapons from Congo to Romania. In the same case, Potra and his mercenaries are being tried for attempted coup d'état. Faff is under judicial control for 60 days.
