The Romanian authorities have imposed a seizure on a FlyLili aircraft, linked to the mercenaries of Horațiu Potra, in the context of allegations of tax evasion.

The precautionary seizure on the Airbus A319-112 aircraft, belonging to FlyLili, was imposed following the judicial control applied to the owner Jurgen Faff, accused of tax evasion. Prosecutors are investigating the non-payment of taxes, with the damage estimated at over 12 million lei. In another case, Horațiu Potra, the leader of the mercenaries, is being tried for serious crimes and is seeking political asylum in Russia after fleeing the country. Romanian authorities continue investigations to locate him.
