Thailand has said it agrees in principle to a ceasefire with Cambodia, following the heaviest fighting since the start of the border conflict. The two countries have traded fire for three days, leaving 33 people dead and more than 150,000 displaced. US President Donald Trump intervened, speaking with leaders of the two nations and stressing the importance of bilateral talks to peacefully resolve the dispute. Thailand called for a sincere intent on Cambodia's part to move forward in negotiations.
