Authorities in Texas have reported a tragic death toll of 59 people, including 21 children, killed by flooding. Rescue teams are continuing the search for 11 girls and a counselor missing from Camp Mystic, a summer camp affected by floods. The Guadalupe River burst its banks following heavy rains, causing significant damage. Kerr County Sheriff Larry Leitha expressed condolences to the families affected.
