The National Highway Traffic Safety Safety Administration (NHTSA) said Friday that Tesla is recalling 3,878 Cybertrucks to fix an accelerator pad that could detach and jam inside the car. NHTSA warned that a stuck accelerator pedal could cause the vehicle to unintentionally accelerate, increasing the risk of a crash. The recall comes after Tesla had three recalls in the first quarter of 2024.
