Switzerland and Austria express their willingness to host Russian President Vladimir Putin for a summit with his Ukrainian counterpart Volodimir Zelenski, despite an arrest warrant issued by the ICC. The Swiss foreign minister stressed that immunity could be granted in the event of a peace conference. Austria, with a tradition of mediation, has also offered to host the talks. However, relations with Russia have deteriorated and the Kremlin appears to be avoiding countries that have imposed sanctions.
