Fariba Vancor, a former director of Think Pink, has been sentenced to six years in prison for illegally dumping hundreds of thousands of tons of toxic waste in Sweden's biggest environmental crime case. The court found her guilty of 19 felonies, and her ex-husband, Thomas Nilsson, received a sentence of three years and six months. The case involved an extensive investigation, with 150 witnesses heard, and was compared to a pyramid scheme due to poor waste management. The defendants were ordered to pay damages of almost 23 million euros.
