Steven Seagal has decided to sell his mansion in Rublyovka, Moscow, for the sum of 700 million rubles, equivalent to approximately 7.5 million dollars. The property has an area of approximately 500 square meters and is located in a gated residential complex that includes only 22 properties. The main building includes three bedrooms, an office, a private cinema, a cellar, and a garage. The grounds also feature a guest house, a Turkish bath, and a gazebo with a barbecue area.
Seagal, who obtained Russian citizenship in 2016, bought this property in 2019 for between 80 and 100 million rubles (approximately 1-1.3 million dollars at that time). Although he does not reside in this residence, it seems that the sale is related to his move to another house abroad.
