A tram crash in Strasbourg has left one person dead and dozens injured.

The accident occurred when a moving streetcar was directed onto the wrong line and collided head-on with another streetcar. Several people were injured and authorities mobilized a large number of people to handle the situation. The accident also caused major disruptions on the tram lines and buses are no longer able to access the central station. An investigation has been launched to establish the exact causes of the accident.
