The attack left a large crater near a house and dozens of rescuers arrived at the scene to search for survivors. Kramatorskul has been the target of repeated attacks by Russian forces and is the last major Donbas town under Ukrainian control. It lies about 20 kilometers from the front line in eastern Ukraine.
