<p>Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk has reported that a ship from Russia's "phantom fleet" of oil tankers has been maneuvering suspiciously near an energy cable linking Poland to Sweden. The incident was spotted by the Polish military, which intervened, prompting the ship to head for a Russian port. Defense Minister Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Kamysz added that the ship was outside Polish territorial waters. The incident comes against the backdrop of tensions in the Baltic Sea, where Russia has demonstrated a military reaction to NATO actions. The Russian ghost fleet is being used to circumvent international sanctions imposed by the West.
