Russia provides North Korea with Shahed drone technology and Panzer-S1 defense systems, threatening regional security, Ukraine says.

Ukraine is accusing Russia of transferring technology and equipment to North Korea, including for the production of Iranian Shahed attack drones and the Pantsir-S1 air defense system. GUR chief Kirilo Budanov said the first Pantsir-S1 system is already operational in Pyongyang and Russia is training North Korean personnel to operate the equipment. This cooperation poses a threat to South Korea and other countries, given the hostile relations of the regime in Pyongyang.
