Ukraine is accusing Russia of transferring technology and equipment to North Korea, including for the production of Iranian Shahed attack drones and the Pantsir-S1 air defense system. GUR chief Kirilo Budanov said the first Pantsir-S1 system is already operational in Pyongyang and Russia is training North Korean personnel to operate the equipment. This cooperation poses a threat to South Korea and other countries, given the hostile relations of the regime in Pyongyang.
