Russia reacted to the European Union's proposal to impose restrictions on the movement of Russian diplomats, announcing that it will formulate an "appropriate response." According to the plan, Russian diplomats should notify local authorities before traveling to other EU member states, which could refuse their entry. The Kremlin's spokesperson, Dmitry Peskov, emphasized that Moscow will take measures in response to this initiative.
