On the weekend, Russia launched the nuclear-powered submarine 'Habarovsk' in the port of Severodvinsk, according to an announcement from the Russian Ministry of Defense. Defense Minister Andrei Belousov stated that this heavy submarine, capable of launching missiles, will strengthen Russia's maritime security and protect national interests globally. Belousov also inspected a new icebreaker patrol vessel, 'Ivan Papanin', which has recently been put into service after completing tests.
