He also mentioned that hopes for Ukraine to receive Tomahawk missiles from the U.S. have been diminished after a phone call from Putin to the White House. Zelensky stated that Russia's tactics not only kill people but also terrorize civilians by using the cold as a weapon, stressing that maintaining pressure on Moscow is essential to advance towards peace. Border regions, such as Chernihiv, are among the most affected by the ongoing attacks on energy infrastructure.
