After the meetings at the White House between Ukrainian President Zelenski and American and European leaders, Russia emphasized their importance for diplomacy. Kirill Dmitriev said the talks focused on a lasting peace, not a temporary truce. Zelenski confirmed Ukraine's readiness for bilateral meetings with Putin, emphasizing that territorial issues should be resolved directly between the two countries. In addition, he mentioned an agreement with the US for the purchase of drones and expected details on security guarantees in the coming days.
